I found the food options quite excellent. many restaurants exist onsite with a large buffet. the service staff can serve food anywhere on the hotel. a steam room function exists in the in-room shower. This was amazing!!!

THE hotel had so much for kids of all ages. My family enjoyed ping pong and PS5. There were fun pool games ALL day. I liked the helpful concierge on WhatsApp. Service was fantastic EVERYWHERE, like getting a coffee without even asking on my second day.

the staff was WONDERFUL. the pools included several slides for all ages. my room included many amenities like straighteners and a nice hairdryer. the concierge service available on whatsapp was a BIG help.
it was A challenge to book the all inclusive restaurants early.

The buffet was really good. It had many options. The pool was super clean, and the water park included amazing slides. Views were great. I found the staff friendly and helpful throughout my stay, addressing any questions I had. Communication was easy through the messenger service. The variety of activities available kept everyone entertained.
The system felt quite difficult to navigate, though we managed to try most of them.
